The Sabino Canyon Trail is an easy but very popular hike along the tram road. From the trailhead, hike along the paved road. At 0.8 miles, you will come to the junction for the Bear Canyon Trail on the right - this trail will take you to Seven Falls, three miles away
At approximately 1.4 miles is the junction with the Phoneline Trail, which forks off to the right. After mile marker three, the trail begins to climb gently away from the creek towards the junction with the East and West Forks of the Sabino Canyon Trail, at 3.7 miles. The West Fork of the Sabino Canyon Trail goes to Romero Pass, where it connects with the Romero Pass Trail, which ends at Catalina State Park.
